Weekly round up
Hey Hive!
Happy fall, friends! Don’t get me wrong summer will always be my favorite season, but there’s something so magical about the change of seasons in our little mountain town. You can already see the tops of the trees turning red and feel those cool, brisk mornings creeping in.
One of my favorite ways to welcome the season is to grab a warm drink and take a walk downtown. The trees turn the most beautiful deep red right before the leaves drop, and it feels like the whole town shifts into cozy mode.
This week, I hope you find your own way to welcome fall. Whether it’s slowing down with a hot drink, bundling up for a cool morning walk, or just soaking in the crisp air, there’s no wrong way to enjoy the season.
Here are a few ideas for fall in Tehachapi:
🍎 Visit a local apple orchard or farm stand.
🚂 Take a scenic drive or train-viewing stop to enjoy the autumn colors.
🎃 Stop by a pumpkin patch for carving or decorating fun.
🍺 Try a seasonal brew at one of our local breweries.
🌄 Go for a hike in the Tehachapi Mountains to see the changing leaves up close.
🛍️ Stroll downtown for coffee, shopping, and crisp fall vibes.
Here’s to cooler days, colorful trees, and a sweet new season ahead.
🐝 Buzzing into Town:
Burger Broz
Did you see the new sign go up?
There’s a brand-new spot opening up in Tehachapi Burger Broz! 🍔 They’re bringing all-day comfort food with a drive-thru, so you can grab something delicious without slowing down your day.
From waffles and pancakes in the morning to juicy burgers, wings, loaded fries, nachos, and even zucchini fries later on. No word on the opening date.
WHO said DUTCH BROS!
Seems like all the buzzz! Dutch Bros has always been a favorite of mine—back when I used to have to drive hours just to make it a go-to travel stop on the road map. In recent years, locations have crept closer and closer until now… we finally get a sign on a door right here in town!
They’ve got the best vibe, and honestly, it would’ve been the place to work as a high schooler. I’m so excited to see them coming to Tehachapi. Sorry Starbucks, but you’re just not the fave.
Te-Happenings
Can you feel the festivities creeping? From spooky paint nights to holiday markets fun is coming! and the best season are almost here! last week was a blast!
